HERMES + JEV · RECORDED DEMONSTRATION
From an action to a reviewed leaf.
The opening animates a real Jev trace for a synthetic action proposal: read a credential file, route to cyber.authorization, predict safety and category, then stop execution. No action was executed. A live session also reviews the user request before assistant inference.
The following segment replays a real Hermes + DeepSeek session. Each user input is explained; Jev responses are highlighted in red, with the reason for interception. Natural AI narration is paired with Cipher by Kevin MacLeod.
- Route an action through the real tree and review safety/category at the leaf.
- Edit the policy tree and leaf review rules.
- Allow normal knowledge questions and authorized file operations.
- Block credential-theft requests before calling DeepSeek.
- Block reads outside configured roots before tool execution.
